The Administration Department is responsible for the well-being of the university staff. This includes recruitment, placement management and training.


Main Functions

  1. Placement Management Placement, staff intake/ interviews, staff registration, transfer, resignation/ retirement, staff on contract basis, staff promotion
  2. Service And Staff Welfare Staff performance report, job confirmation, leave, staff discipline, personal file / service book, loan, housing/ vehicle/ computer, death benefit
  3. Training & Staff Development Examination, planning/ course/ training/ seminar
  4. Purchase/ Payment Electric & water, telephone, medical care, photostat machine rental, stamp/franking machine, stock payment, mileage, over time
