Policy of Quality

UiTM Cawangan Kedah is committed to conduct  quality, comprehensive, integrated and sustainable professional and semi-professional programs in order to create holistic Bumiputera graduates.

UiTM Cawangan Kedah is committed to promote quality work practices and achieve customer satisfaction, and is responsible in ensuring continuous improvement so as to be a premier university.

Objectives of Quality
Objective 1:

Achieving enrolment of 5000 full time students by the year 2020.

Objective 2:

Achieving 80% of students graduated on time.

Objective 3:

Achieving 70% of students graduated with CGPA of 3.00 and above.

Objective 4:

Achieving 70% of graduates obtaining job during convocation.

Objective 5:

Producing 8 Community Engagement programs by the year 2020.

Objective 6:

Achieving 40 high index publications by the year 2020.

Objective 7:

Achieving 90% of customer’s satisfaction on service delivery.
